What is a toxic lifestyle?

A fact of modern life is that we live in a toxic environment. We are exposed to external toxins on a daily basis through pollution, radiation, chemicals in our homes, chemicals we put on our skin, chemicals we ingest through our food. We also produce toxic waste internally through normal bodily processes such as respiration, digestion and even through our emotions. Of course we cannot control all of this exposure, but we can work on our emotions, limit our exposure to toxins in the products we use and are 100% in control what we choose to eat.

An overly acidic diet dominated by caffeine, dairy, meat, refined grains, refined sugar, a diet comprised of non-organic foods containing a range of chemicals and a diet that relies on processed foods (fast food, junk food, overly cooked foods) which are no longer in a state that the body can recognise or eliminate all lead to inflammation and illness in the long run.

On the other hand, a diet rich in alkalising foods such as fresh fruit and vegetables, organic, seasonal, whole foods in their original state, drinking pure water are all health inducing. These foods actually create heath and help to reverse disease.

3-Day Guided Virtual Cleanse

Not quite ready to set off on a long term program? This program is for you. Wherever you live in the world, this program is for you if you are new to cleansing or if you have taken part in cleanses before but would like a little guidance to ensure that you do this effectively. You will receive full explanations on the dos, don’ts, why, how, when of cleansing as well as full support throughout the program. Your particular needs will be taken into account and an appropriate cleanse chosen – juice fast, blended drinks cleanse (green smoothies, soups), light, nourishing meals cleanse. All your questions will be answered allowing you to safely cleanse by yourself in the future.
